· Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or return.
· Return Conditions
We only accept returns if the product meets the following conditions:
- The item must be in perfect condition
- It must not have been worn, washed, or altered
- It must retain all original tags and packaging
We will not accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, stained, carry odors, or are missing original tags.

1. By Post (customer covers shipping costs)
Once you’ve received your Return ID and label, print it and take your package to any local post office.

You can also exchange or return your item at our physical store, by showing your Return ID:

If you’re requesting a size exchange and we have it in stock, we’ll process it immediately.
If not, we’ll offer you an alternative or a refund.

Once we receive the item and verify its condition, your refund will be processed via the original payment method.
